** WARNING 2302002 ** This Cool optimization analysis has no mold outer boundary modeled. The cool solver will use a default mold block which can result in an unconstrained optimization analysis. Accurately model the mold outer boundary for a Cooling optimization analysis.
When the mold outer boundary is not modeled, the cool solver will use a default mold block. The default mold outer boundary is based on the part and cooling channel dimensions and orientation. This default may be larger than required and may not constrain the optimization analysis sufficiently based on the other parameters entered. The cooling channels may move beyond the modeled inlet or outlet node positions. The default mold outer boundary may also result in the analysis being dependant upon the part and cooling channels orientation with respect to the Cartesian axes.
For an accurate Cooling optimization analysis the mold outer boundary needs to be modeled accurately. Refer to Mold Block Wizard on how to model a mold block.
