Selecting a time format

To display time as frames and subframes:

Right-click the Action timeline in the Transport Controls window.
Select Time > Show As Frames from the context menu.

To display time as a timecode:

Right-click the Action timeline in the Transport Controls window.
Select Time > Show As Timecode from the context menu.

To display Local time:

Right-click the Action timeline in the Transport Controls window.
Select Time > Show Local Time from the context menu.

To display System time:

Right-click the Action timeline in the Transport Controls window.
Select Time > Show System Time from the context menu.

Note:

You can use the Custom option in the Time format menu to set a non-standard frame rate. If you enter a frame rate that is not supported, the closest supported frame rate is applied.
