Enhancements in Navisworks 2026.3

Navisworks 2026.3 includes the following enhancements:

User Interface, Usability and Performance

• In line with the update to .NET 10, Navisworks 2026.3 now uses Revit Core Engine (RCE) 2026.5 (NW-63177).

  Note: Updating to Navisworks 2026.3 without updating to RCE 2026.5 will result in failures when opening Revit and IFC files using conversion methods v2 and v3.

• The Annotation Line thickness setting is now remembered between sessions (NW-62682).

• When no file has been loaded, the Record button on the Animation tab is now disabled (NW-62766).

• Performance of loading viewpoints from SVF models has been improved (NW-62807).

• When you cancel an ATF conversion process, it no longer continues running in the background (NW-62597).

• Plugin developers can now use extra API methods to support custom world up vectors and per-file units (NW-62993 and NW-62732).

VUE Files

• You can now specify multiple System Path Property Name entries in VUE options (NW-62634).

• IFC map conversion is now handled correctly when importing VUE files (NW-62374).

Appearance Profiler

• You can now edit color directly from the Profile Rule list in the Appearance Profiler (NW-62365).

• The Appearance Profiler now allows you to reorder rules to send them to the top or bottom of the list (NW-62207).

Clash Detective

• The Assign To field of the Assign Clash dialog box now automatically receives focus when the dialog is opened (NW-62635).

• Text search in the Assign To field of the Assign Clash dialog box is now case sensitive (NW-63174).

SpaceMouse Support

• Improved support for 3DConnexion SpaceMouse devices, including enhanced navigation and view control (NW-62104).

  • QuickZoom functionality is now available when using SpaceMouse (NW-62618).

  • Additional Navisworks commands are now exported for use with SpaceMouse (NW-62617).
