Exception	Condition
InvalidOperationException	RebarConstraint is no longer valid. -or- The RebarConstraint is not of RebarConstraintType 'ToOtherRebar'. -or- The TargetRebarConstraintType is not valid.

This is available only for constraints of type ToOtherRebar.
