Start Analysis

Upload your building model for analysis in Insight.

Video: Start an Energy Analysis

To start analysis:

1. Click Analyze tab Carbon Insight panel (Analyze) to create an analytical model based on the current building model.

   Note: Depending on your version of Revit, you may need to first install the Insight extension. See About Insight for additional information.

   If you are not already logged into Revit, you are directed to the Autodesk login page.

   A dialog box displays detailing the workflow for running a Carbon Analysis.

   Note: If the analytical model is out of date with the building model, a dialog box displays providing you with the option to choose to update the analytical model or use the existing analytical model.

2. Click Continue.

3. View the analysis. The model begins processing.
