If you have the Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro entitlement, you can convert a non-workshared cloud model to a workshared cloud model, which allows multiple users to work on a cloud model at the same time.
- Open the non-workshared cloud model you want to convert.
- Click Collaborate tab
Manage Collaboration panel
(Worksets).
- In the Enable Worksharing dialog, click each of the check boxes to confirm your understanding of the process, including user entitlements for working on the model, revert rules, and save method.
- Click Enable.
Revit displays the status of the convert process.
- Click OK to close the Worksets dialog.
All linked model relationships are maintained when the model is converted to a workshared cloud model.
