Edit Rebar Constraints for Cranked Bars

Learn how you can use the bar end handles to manage constraints for cranked bars.

For each cranked bar end, you can pick one of the end handle positions (1, 2, 3) from where the offset to the constraint target is measured. In the following example, for bar A, the handle position 1 is selected and constrained at 1200 mm from the top face of the slab.

For bar B, handle position 2 is selected and constrained to the cover of the top face of the slab at 0 mm offset.

When constraining to a cranked bar end, the 3 end handle positions are potential targets to constrain to. You need to hover over the bar end to highlight the targets.

In the following example, the end handle of bar A is constrained to position 1 of the end handle of the other cranked bar.

Hovering over the crank, position 2 is highlighted and you can click to select it and have the offset measured from there.
