Adjust the physical location of a beam or brace without changing the position of the location line of the element.
When adjusting steel beams and braces you can:
- Justify the start/end in both the y and z directions
- Justify the start/end by any value
- Justify the start/end independently
- Define the offset value in both the y and z directions
- Shorten or extend the start/end of the physical model referring to the location line of the unjoined beam or brace
Note: Do not confuse justification and offset functionality. When using the justification option, only the element is moved, not its location line. The offset option moves an element and its location line.
