Numbering Methods in Varying Rebar Sets

Define the numbering method for rebar in varying distribution sets.

When you place a rebar set with varying distribution, you can assign the numbering patterns in the Varying Rebar Set section of the Reinforcement Settings dialog. Where is it?

In the Reinforcement Settings dialog select one of the following options.

Number bars individually. Each rebar in the set will be assigned a number. Similar rebar will be matched throughout the project, adhering to the rebar numbering conventions.

Assign unique numbers to each set. Each rebar in the set will have the same number. Each rebar is then differentiated by a specified suffix number and each rebar set will have a unique number, even if all bars are identical.

Match sets with identical bars. Each rebar in the set will have the same number. Each individual bar is differentiated by a suffix. Rebar sets with identical bars at the same index will get the same number.

In the following example, the bars in sets A, B get the same rebar number (1), because each bar at the same index is identical. Set C gets rebar number 2, because the first bar in the set is the shorter one.
