Learn about the valid input elements for structural connections.

The valid structural connection input elements are:

- Supported structural steel shapes and families for steel fabrication.

- Steel plate elements and sub-elements of standard steel connections and parametric cuts.

- Steel profile sub-elements of standard steel connections and parametric cuts.

- Structural concrete framings, columns, bracings and foundations as secondary elements for some standard steel connections.

Deleting Input Elements from Structural Connections

		- If you delete an input element from a structural connection, the entire connection is deleted.

- If an input element is a sub-element of another connection:
			 - If the support connection is broken, the supported connection loses that element as input.

- If the support connection is edited so that the support element is deleted, the supported connection is invalidated and loses the support sub-element as input.
