Manage Feedback Participation

Control your engagement survey preferences in Vault Client. By default, you are opted in to receive engagement surveys during Vault Client sessions.

Opt Out of Engagement Surveys

In the Vault client, click Help menu > Feedback Participation to deselect it.

When Feedback Participation is deselected, engagement surveys will not appear during your Vault Client sessions.

Opt In to Engagement Surveys

In the Vault client, click Help menu > Feedback Participation to select it.

When Feedback Participation is selected, you will receive engagement surveys during your Vault Client sessions.

Note: This feature is available in Vault Basic, Vault Professional, and Vault Office.
