Enable the Vault Connector in ADMS Console to allow synchronization between Vault and Fusion Manage. This requires a service account with appropriate licenses and permissions.
Before enabling the Vault Connector, verify that you have a service account configured with a Vault Professional license, access to all available Vaults on the server, and an active Fusion Manage account with workspace permissions assigned to the account group.
Open the ADMS Console and navigate to global settings:
On the ADMS Console, go to Tools > Administration.
Access the Vault Connector Settings:
Click the Network Settings tab in the global settings dialog box
Click Configure under the Vault Connector Settings section
The Vault Connector Setting dialog box displays.
Enable the connector and sign in with the service account:
Select the checkbox Enable Vault Connector with Fusion manage
Under the Connection Setting section, click Sign In
A standard Autodesk SSO sign-in dialog displays.
Enter the service account credentials:
Enter the service account email address
Enter the service account password
Click Sign In to authenticate
The service account credentials are validated and stored.
Save the settings:
Click Apply to save the settings
Click OK to exit the dialog box
The Vault Connector Agent starts and logs the startup message in the ADMS Console logs.
Verify the connector is running:
Check the Vault Connector logs in ADMS Console to confirm the Agent has started message appears.
After enabling the Vault Connector in ADMS, you can configure property mappings in the Vault client to complete the setup.
