Peer Review for Lifecycle State Transition

As an administrator, you can configure a peer review check to be met before a state change can occur. The controlling mechanism checks whether the current user is not the same user who has executed the previous state change. This functionality can be used to facilitate delegation of authority and increase transparency.

• You can define multiple transition criteria determining when a state transition can occur.
• Once the criteria are met, the system checks the user in the 'From' and 'To' states. The user who set the file in the 'From' state of the transition won't be able to change the state to the 'To' state.
