Check out some of the general enhancements made to the Vault Client.

Synchronize properties

The "Synchronize Properties" command has been added to the Records tab of the Change Order List and Change Order Detail. A Vault Ideas submission

On the Records tab, you can now utilize the "Synchronize Properties" command. This allows you to synchronize properties directly in the ECO records or files grid, eliminating the need to search through multiple folders to locate the updated files.

You can:

  1. Right-click on the ECO Records tab.
  2. Select the "Synchronize Properties" command.
  3. This action will synchronize the properties.

Remember that the "Synchronize Properties" command is a handy tool designed to streamline and simplify your workflow.

Using '@me' for Personalized Searches

Vault now supports '@me' keyword in the 'Value' field for more personalized searches. It automatically replaces '@me' with the current user's display name across both basic and advanced searches.

You can use '@me' with all string properties and operators (is, is not, contains, does not contain) and across all clients including thick, thin, mobile, and add-ins.

It's also backward compatible with legacy clients, ensuring its use even if accessing a 2025.1 server with a 2025 RTM or 2024 client.

You now have the options to reuse library files to drive design reuse:
