This dialog is displayed from the GIS Layer Control dialog when Layer Type is set to Web Map and you click Add Layer.
It is used to select a single Web Map from ArcGIS Online to be used as an additional GIS layer in the GeoPlan window. The coordinate system for the Web Map should match the coordinate system for the GeoPlan. The Web Map layer is a special layer that does not have any settable properties and is always the bottom most layer in the GeoPlan.
The contents of the tabs for "My Content", "My Favorites", "My Groups" and "My Organization" correspond to the contents in equivalent tabs in ArcGIS Online under "Content".
