Activating user permissions

A set of simple user permissions can be applied at both the database level and the model group level.

You can check on the current status of user permissions by looking at the InfoWorks WS Pro About Box.

To activate user permissions:

1. As an administrator and database owner, select File | Database settings | Users and permissions.

   This opens the Users And Permissions dialog.

2. Check the Implement users and permissions in this database checkbox.
3. You can now select other access options and create users. Press F1 for help.
