To Edit Sheet Set, Sheet, and Subset Properties

Edit Sheet Set Properties

  1. Click View tab Palettes panel Sheet Set Manager. Find
  2. On the Sheet Set Manager palette, open a sheet set if one is not already open.
  3. On the Sheet List tab, under the Sheets pane, right-click the top node in the tree view that represents the active sheet set, and choose Properties.
  4. In the Sheet Set Properties dialog box, edit the defined property values as needed, or click Edit Custom Properties to define new or edit custom properties.
  5. Click OK.

Edit Sheet Properties

  1. Click View tab Palettes panel Sheet Set Manager. Find
  2. On the Sheet Set Manager palette, open a sheet set if one is not already open.
  3. On the Sheet List tab, under the Sheets pane, expand the top node representing the active sheet set.
  4. Right-click the sheet whose properties you want to edit, and choose Properties.
    Tip: To select multiple sheets, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the sheets whose properties you want to edit. After selecting multiple sheets, right-click and choose Selected Sheets Properties. When multiple sheets are selected, only properties with matching values can be edited.
  5. In the Sheet Properties dialog box, edit the defined property values as needed.
    Note: If multiple sheets are selected, the Selected Sheets Properties dialog box is displayed, allowing you to view and edit only the properties shared by the selected sheets.
  6. Click OK.

Edit Subset Properties

  1. Click View tab Palettes panel Sheet Set Manager. Find
  2. In the Sheet Set Manager palette, open a sheet set if one is not already open.
  3. On the Sheet List tab, under the Sheets pane, expand the top node representing the active sheet set.
  4. Right-click the subset whose properties you want to edit, and choose Properties.
  5. In the Subset Properties dialog box, edit the defined property values as needed.
  6. Click OK.
