Check out and modify selected geometry in the Trace workspace while a collaborator has the drawing open. When finished, submit your changes for approval.
Select objects in the drawing to check out. Locks those objects in the drawing for the user who is editing the drawing, and opens the selected objects in a new trace in the Trace workspace.
Submits a notification to the user who has the drawing open, letting them know a changes within a checkout are ready to review and merge.
Merges the contents of a checkout into the drawing, replacing the checked out objects with the objects in the checkout.
Deletes a checkout and creates a backup of the checkout/trace. Note that the backup trace contains the contents of the checkout/trace, not a backup of the drawing itself.
