To Preview an Image and View File Details

1. Click Insert tab Reference panel Find.
2. On the External References palette, make sure all references are displayed by switching the Missing toggle off.
3. In the File References pane, select an image file.
4. Do the following:
   • View a preview of the image: If the Details pane is displayed, click the Preview button.
   • View the details for the image: If the Preview pane is displayed, click the Details button.
