To Set the Default Location for the Browse the Web Dialog

1. Right-click in the drawing area and choose Options.
2. In the Options dialog box, Files tab, click the plus sign next to Help and Miscellaneous File Names.
3. Click the plus sign next to Default Internet Location.
4. Select the current URL under Default Internet Location and press F2, or select the URL again to open the in-place editor.
5. In the in-place editor, enter the new URL.
6. Click OK .
