You can export terminal strips from the AutoCAD Electrical toolset and import them into Wago Smart Designer, Phoenix Contact CLIPX Engineer, or Weidmuller Configurator applications. These manufacturer tools allow you to design, manipulate, and validate terminal strips.
During the export process, the AutoCAD Electrical toolset extracts data from the selected terminal strips and creates an XML file compatible with Wago Smart Designer or Phoenix Contact CLIPX Engineer, or CAEDEX file compatible with Weidmuller Configurator. You then import this XML file into the respective manufacturer tool.
The exported terminal strip data includes:

- Installation codes
- Location codes
- Tags
- Spares
