To open the Autodesk Assistant chat window, click the icon at the bottom right of the screen.

Requirements

There are two requirements for Autodesk Assistant to function properly:

  1. The user must be signed in to their Autodesk Account, even if user-based licensing is not used to run the application
  2. The workstation must be connected to the internet.
