** ERROR 304430 ** Invalid injection node for 3D flow analysis. Node id node number is not part of any valid flow element.

Explanation

The injection location is not part of any element which will be included in the Fill+Pack analysis. This error commonly occurs if a study is changed from Dual Domain to 3D but no 3D mesh has been generated.

Resolution

Check that:

• A 3D mesh has been generated.
• That there is not a coincident copy of the injection node. Check other injection nodes as well, as only the first invalid injection node is reported.
• If you are modeling a two-shot overmolding process, that the rotation element property has been correctly defined.
