The initial cooling channel layout contains at least one branched cooling channel. The cooling channel optimization algorithm does not support cooling channels where there is diverging, converging, splitting or networked flow paths when the Drill and Plug construction method is selected.
Redesign the cooling channels to remove branched cooling channels and rerun the optimization.
Try using the Additive construction method instead.
