Getting Started with Cloud Models for Revit

Follow this procedure to start working with Cloud Models for Revit.

Regardless of your function in a team, Cloud Models for Revit requires that you have the following:

• A subscription to Revit
• Access to Cloud Models for Revit
  Note: To check access, sign in to your Autodesk account, start typing “cloud”, and in the resulting Cloud Models for Revit tile, you should see the Access button.
• A Forma Data Management account
• An invitation to at least one Forma Data Management project
• A folder permission level that includes the ability to Edit an Forma Data Management folder

If you are a Forma Data Management account administrator or project administrator, read Set Up a Forma Data Management Project first. When you are ready with the project, assign users to it.

To add users to Cloud Models for Revit

1. Go to manage.autodesk.com.
2. If necessary, sign in to your Autodesk account.
3. In the left pane, under User Management, click By Product.
4. Select Forma Data Management for AEC Collection or Forma Design Collaboration and click Assign users.
5. In the Assign Users dialog, enter a user name or click the user name from the list and click Assign.
