Configure Vault Connector Mappings
After enabling the Vault Connector, an administrator configures how Vault data maps to the target Autodesk cloud service. The same connector service supports two integrations, and you configure the mappings separately for each.
- Vault Connector to Fusion Manage: Synchronizes Vault Items and their Bills of Materials (BOMs) to a Fusion Manage workspace. Configuration focuses on tenant and workspace selection, Item property mapping, state mapping, and attachment settings.
- Vault Connector to Forma Data Management: Synchronizes Vault files and folders to Forma Data Management. Configuration focuses on hub, project, and folder mapping, with per-folder property mappings, sync rules, and attachment settings.
Both integrations run through the Vault Connector Agent on the Vault Server and perform a one-way push from Vault to the cloud service. Configure each destination on its own tab in Vault Connector Management within the Vault Client.
