Configure sync rules to control which Vault files sync to Forma based on property values when you run Sync to Forma.
Before configuring sync rules, enable the Vault Connector, create folder mappings, and select the mapped folders you want to configure.
Open Vault Connector Management:
Go to Tools > Administration > Vault Settings, click the Collaborate tab, then click Configure under Vault Connector Management.
Select mapped folders:
On the Forma Data Management tab, select the folder mapping rows to configure.
Open the Sync Rules tab:
Click the Sync Rules tab.
Define property-based rules:
For each rule, specify:
Vault Property: The Vault property to evaluate
Condition: The comparison condition
Value: The value that triggers the rule
Action: The action to apply when the rule matches
Use Add, Replace, and Remove to manage rules in the table.
Save the configuration:
Click Apply, then click OK.
