Vault maps Inventor physical properties by default. This removes the need for custom iLogic rules.

Physical property values show as numbers only in Vault:
Regardless of the units used for Area, Mass, and Volume properties in an Inventor file, the Vault Client converts and displays values in square centimeters (sq cm) for Area, cubic centimeters (cc) for Volume, and grams (g) for Mass. For example, if Inventor shows "125.5 mm²" for Area, Vault shows "1.255".
The physical properties, Area, Mass, Volume are available by default in newly created Vault 2027. For a restored or upgraded vault, you should manually create Area, Mass, Volume properties and map them to Inventor properties.
