Export forms on mobile

In the Autodesk Construction Cloud app, you can export forms to share the PDF report using your device or email a shareable link to your teammates.

1. Navigate to the Forms tool on the Autodesk Construction Cloud app.

2. Open the form that you want to export.

3. Tap the export icon (iOS) or (Android) at the top.

4. Depending on the operating system that you are using, select from the different options.

   • iOS

     • Preview PDF: Your PDF report will be generated and you can preview it before sharing.

       1. Tap at the top-right corner.

       2. Select all or the specific pages that you want to share.

       3. Select whether you want to include any annotations in your report.

          • Embed annotations
          • Flatten annotations
          • Ignore annotations
          • Annotation summary

       4. Tap Share.

       5. The iOS Share menu will open and you can select from any of the options to share, including AirDrop or apps such as Mail or Messages.

     • Email shareable link: Your PDF report will generate and when completed, a new email from your Mail app will open up with the link. You can email it straight from there.

     Note: The Mail app is required to use this feature. If you use a different email application, use the Preview PDF option instead as outlined previously and share accordingly to your email application.

   • Android

     • Copy shareable link: Your PDF report will generate and when completed, the link to it will be copied to your clipboard.
     • Email shareable link: Select an application from the drawer to use to share your exported form PDF.
