Review forms on mobile

If you have been assigned as a reviewer on a form, you can review, sign and submit a form to close it in the Autodesk Construction Cloud app.

To review a form:

1. Navigate to the Forms tool on the Autodesk Construction Cloud app.

2. Navigate to the All forms tab.

3. Tap on the template for the form that you need to review.

4. Tap on a form in the In review section.

5. Review the responses on the form.

6. To leave comments, tap at the top.

   • For forms built in the template builder with sections and questions, you must select a section or question to apply your comment to.
   • For PDF forms, comments can only be made on the entire form.

7. At the top of the form, depending on how you want to respond, tap Send back to editors or Sign and submit:

   • Send back to editors: This will send the form back for revision. The form will return to the In Progress status. You will not be able to see it again until the editors resubmit.

     1. Click Send back to editors.
     2. Tap OK to confirm.

   • Sign and submit: You have reviewed this form and are ready to close it.

     1. Click Sign and submit.
     2. Draw your signature in the field.
     3. Tap Save.
