In the Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app, you can add references and attachments to forms at the question level and the form level.
Form references allow you to add and connect ACC project items that are related to a form. References can also be files, photos or videos. The following table can help you understand the key differences between attachments and references:

Tap Supporting items under the relevant question.
In the Attachments section, tap Add attachments (iOS) or the clip icon
(Android).
Select an option. You can only attach files or photos from your mobile device to a question.
In the References section, tap Add next to the items you want to add and select accordingly.
Scroll to the bottom of the form.
In the Attachments section, tap Add attachments (iOS) or the clip icon
(Android).
Select an option. You can attach files or photos from your mobile device.
For references, tap Add next to the items you want to add and select accordingly.
Any references and attachments added to forms on the web can be viewed in the forms on mobile.
Navigate to References and Attachments.
Tap on the reference or attachment to view it.
