Retaining Walls

A retaining wall breaks the terrain along the wall linework and steps the terrain within the specified height constraints of the wall.

As Configured Optimised Reversed

When closed geometry is drawn in a clockwise direction, the terrain will step up along the outside of the geometry. If drawn in an anti-clockwise direction, the terrain will step up towards the inside of the geometry. Either method can be reversed from the Retaining Wall Properties panel.

When selected:

one The higher side of the retaining wall is displayed as a shaded line.

two The thin line represents the lower side of the retaining wall.
