Products and Tools

Account administrators can hide specific products or tools from projects. Turning off a product or tool does not delete any data. When a product or tool is turned on, any data previously entered is available. If a product or tool is turned off it isn't available for reference in related items. Important:

  • When Photos is turned off, previously referenced photos are still visible in the reference picker.
  • Members can add photo references from device storage or live photos on mobile, but they won't be able to add additional references to photos already in the photo gallery.
  • If members choose to download photos during sync, only referenced photos will be downloaded.
Note: Products and tools are turned off at the project level, so it is possible that one project has a product or tool and another does not.
