Tokens are the unit of measurement required to perform certain tasks, such as creating a rendering or running a simulation in a cloud environment using Autodesk cloud services. In InfraWorks, tokens are commonly used for usage-based cloud services such as optimisation, analysis, simulation, and model creation services. Refer to the Token FAQ for more information.
Tokens can only be purchased by contract administrators or software coordinators for Subscription customers. Subscription users of InfraWorks receive a gift of a certain number of tokens (see the table below) per licence for every year of Subscription (InfraWorks 360 LT is excluded). Subscription users can purchase additional tokens from the Autodesk Store, Autodesk resellers, and Autodesk direct sales.
Subscription length | token amount |
---|---|
Annual | 100 |
Quarterly | 150 |
2 years | 500 |
3 years | 500 |

You can click on a category, such as Individual Tokens or Shared Tokens (if available), to see more information. Click Individual Usage to see your token usage for each individual cloud service.

If the system recognises that the analysis has failed or was cancelled, the system will automatically refund the tokens to the contract that they were consumed against.
