Other Updates

In addition to applying updates to parametric content source files (.iam, .ipt or .rfa), you can now use the Check for Updates > Relink button to direct the InfraWorks parametric style to a different version of the source file.

1. To navigate to the Sheets & Models panel

2. Double-click the desired pipe style to edit it. The details panel opens.

3. At the top-right of the application window, click Sign InSign In To Autodesk 360. The Decision checks the height to determine whether it's less than or equal to 10. For example, if the dataset has been updated online, you can use the Refresh option to update your drawing with the latest changes.

   

You have the option to refine which InfraWorks model objects are brought into Civil 3D when you open the InfraWorks model. For example, switch to a more detailed Inventor Assembly or even switch from an Inventor Part to a Revit Family. This flexibility allows for quick updates to a component at any stage of design and facilitates importing InfraWorks structures into Revit.
