Typically, on A360 Team, a Hub Administrator sets up or adds licensed users as Team Members to the hub. Team Members can create projects and invite other Team Members as well as other people to projects. Unlicensed users are Guests on the hub. Guests, being unpaid users on the hub, cannot create projects but they can participate in projects.
