Edit a Drawing

To avoid modifying the drawings accidentally, all drawings in AutoCAD Electrical are set to protected mode. Tap the Enable Editing icon to modify a drawing.

Internal storage ( A360 Drive)	markup and editing enabled	markup and editing enabled
External storage (Dropbox, Egnyte, and others)	markup and editing disabled	markup and editing enabled

Note: You cannot enable markup and editing for any shared drawings that are read-only.
