Share an Autodesk Forma Data Management drawing for Editing

Drawings saved in Forma Data Management can be shared with Can Edit permission, which allows recipients to make changes directly to the drawing itself, subject to their permissions in Forma Data Management.

To share a Format Data Management drawing with Can Edit permission

1. With the drawing open, click SHARE in the top-right above the drawing area.
2. In the Share dialog, select Can Edit.
3. Click Copy Link.
4. Send the link to collaborators. Anyone with Forma Data Management permissions can open the link and edit the drawing.
