Live Reviews

The Live Review feature provides a way to bring together Project Members and stakeholders to review a design or model. After you start a Live Review session, you can invite participants to a review session by sharing a link to the file. The person who starts the review session is the Host.

As participants join, you'll see them listed to the right. Anyone in the live review session can take control during the review by clicking anywhere on the screen. A red dot is displayed on the name of the person who has control.

Participants communicate using the chat feature. Currently, all A360 viewer tools except Markup and Commenting tools are available during a Live Review session.

Inside a Live Review Session

To start a Live Review session

1. Open the file you want to review in A360 viewer.
2. Click Share on the top navigation bar > Live Review.
3. Enter your name and click Start.
4. Click Copy to copy the link to the file.
   
   
   
5. Share the links with participants using a messaging services.

To join a live review

1. Click or copy and paste the link into your browser window.
2. Enter your name and click Join.

To communicate in a live review

Currently, communication for Live Review is through messages. Any message you send is visible to all participants in the session. A copy of the conversation is not saved when you end the Live Review session. To send a message:

1. Click Message.
2. Enter your message and click Send.

Leave and End a Live Review

To leave a Live Review session, click Exit on the top right of the screen.

The host of a Live Review session can end the session.

To end a Live Review session, click End on the top right corner > Yes.
