Archive, Restore, and Delete projects

Archiving and Restoring Projects

Project Administrators can archive projects if they no longer want to work on them, do not want project members to access the project, or if they want to delete the project.

Archived projects will be available to Project Administrators under the filter ARCHIVED. The Project Administrator must restore an archived project to resume working on it.

To archive a project

  1. Hover over the project row.
  2. Click the drop-down menu > Archive.

The project will now only be available under ARCHIVED.

To restore a project

  1. On the Projects page, select the filter ARCHIVED.
  2. Hover over the project row.
  3. Click the drop-down menu > Restore.

The project will now be available under all relevant filters.

To delete a project

To delete a project, you must first archive it.
Warning: Once you delete a project, it is irretrievable. Project data cannot be accessed using previously shared links and it will not appear in search results.
  1. Archive the project following the instructions above.
  2. Switch to the Archived tab.
  3. Hover over the project you want to delete > Delete > Delete.
