To Invite or Edit an Account Administrator

For adequate coverage, we strongly advise that you have more than one account administrator for BIM 360. As an account administrator, you can assign other account administrators.

Account administrators can create projects and assign project administrators to manage project access and edit existing project data. Account administrators can also change account settings such as the company logo, company display name, and business units.

Invite an Account Administrator

  1. In account administration, click Members.
  2. Click Add > Invite Account Admins.
  3. In the dialog, enter an email address and click Add.
  4. Select a default company and role, and click Invite.

Promote or Edit an Existing Member

  1. Click Members.
  2. Search the directory by entering a name or email.
  3. Select a result (not its checkbox) and click Edit.
  4. Change the member's access level, role, or company, and click Save.
