About the Project Library

Store all documents relevant to your project: specifications, drawings, manuals, photos, project plans, and so on. Every project has its own library.

Project members can view documents you add to the library and access that information in the field. You must have Document Manager privileges to upload documents.

You can switch between a flattened file view of the library or a folder view of the library.

Add Folders and Upload Content

In Library Preview, selecting a library item enables the Actions drop-down menu. This menu gives you access to the markup tools, which allow you to annotate and draw on any document in the library. You can also edit tags and locations and delete a document. Document managers can also upload documents, delete documents, and edit document locations.

To display a full-screen preview of a library document, double-click a document. Search the library by filtering on location, tags, date, or folders. You can also access the Markup tools in this view.
