To access settings, from the iPad home screen, tap
Settings
> BIM 360 Field
and configure the settings.
- Service URL. The URL is set to https://bim360field.autodesk.com. To change the URL, tap the Service URL text field, type in the new details, and tap Return on the keyboard.
- Sound Effects. When set to On, sound effects play when you perform actions.
- Show Issue Status Bars. When set to Off, the Issue Status Bar does not appear in the Issues view.
- Idle Time To Index For Search. How often data is indexed for search. To change the frequency, select a new time from the list.
- Download Content For Search. When set to On, document text is downloaded to the mobile app and is searchable.
- Use Flattened Image Files. Substitutes flattened image versions.
- Units Of Measurement. The measurement type: Imperial (feet and inches) or Metric (meters, centimeters, millimeters).
- Show XYZ Differences. When set to On, an extra panel is available when you take measurements.
- Delete All Local Data. When set to On, all project data is deleted when you close the mobile app and log in again.
- Log In On Startup. When set to On, automatically logs in the most recent user to the most recent project. When set to Off, users provide login credentials.
- Enable Debug Mode. When set to On, the Send Diagnostics button appears in the Signed In As window. Use this button to send data to Support for troubleshooting.
- Enable Verbose Logging. When set to On, extra log data is captured for troubleshooting purposes. Use only when Support requests this data. Verbose logging can degrade performance.
- Version. The version of BIM 360 Field mobile app installed on the iPad.
- Build. The build of the BIM 360 Field mobile app installed on the iPad.
