To Control Syncing of Issues and Updates (Mobile)

Issues and issue updates made on the iPad are pending until they are synced to the BIM 360 Field web application. If you delete issues and issue updates from the iPad before syncing, they have no effect on BIM 360 Field. Also, you can set the upload status to Off, allowing further editing on the iPad. After you upload issues to the BIM 360 Field web application, you can assign them only the Void status.

Delete an Issue Before Syncing

  1. Tap Sync at the bottom of the iPad screen.
  2. In the Sync Settings window, tap You Will Upload, at the top.
  3. In the Upload Settings window, tap Delete next to any issue update.

Turn Off Issue Updates

  1. Tap Sync at the bottom of the iPad screen.
  2. In the Sync Settings window, tap You Will Upload, at the top.
  3. In the Upload Settings window, select Off by any issue update that you don't want to send to the BIM 360 Field web application. All updates not set to Off are uploaded when syncing is complete.
