To Create Issues from Issue Templates (Mobile)

Create issues in Pins view and List view.

Values are prepopulated when you create the issue from a template.

In Pins View

1. Tap Issues > Issue Templates.
2. Tap an issue group and select from the list of issue templates for that group.

   By tapping, you create an issue prefilled with the values in the template.

In List View

1. Tap Issues > By Location.
2. Navigate to a location in the Location window and tap to select it.
3. Tap Pins. The location appears in Pins view. To choose a document other than the default document, select it from the drop-down list. You can also add a document from the project library.
4. Tap Issue Templates.
5. Tap an issue group and select from the list of issue templates for that group.
6. Tap the document to add the pushpin.

   By tapping you create a pushpin issue at that point, prepopulated with the values from the issue template.

From an Existing Issue

You can add your own favorite templates patterned on issues that you created.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the issue list, and tap Add. Your favorite issue templates now appear in a Favorites group in the Issue Templates. Favorites stay on your account on your iPad until you delete them.
2. To delete a favorite, swipe across it in the Favorites list. Tap the Delete button when it appears.
