As a project admin, you can build and edit work breakdown structures (WBS) that can be assigned to activities.
Create
- Click profile menu > Project Admin > WBS
.
- Click Add New Top Work Breakdown.
- Enter a top level name.
- To add a child level, click Add and specify a name. For example, child levels for Electrical could be wiring and lighting.
Edit
- Click profile menu > Project Admin > WBS
.
- Click Edit. You can add new work breakdowns or edit already created structures.
- Make your changes and click Save.
Copy
- Click profile menu > Project Admin > WBS
.
- Select an existing top level. To copy the entire structure, click Select All Children.
- Click copy <number> items to create a copy of the WBS that you can edit.
