To Search for Data or Objects

Use Search to find object attributes, metadata, and review markups from saved models.

Search a Model

1. Open a model.
2. In the application frame, use the Search project field.

Search a Merged Model

You can search merged models for markups, models, or views. You can search for markup names.

1. Open a merged model.
2. Use the search drop-down and then click Search. The following options are available: markups, models, or views.

Search a Module Using the Search Icon

1. In the BIM 360 toolbar, click an icon to open a module such as Models.
   
2. Click and enter the item to search for.

   Use Search in each of the following modules for the corresponding item: model objects, views, markups, and activities.
