To Add a Link or Attach a File to a Model Element

You can attach links (URLs) or file attachments to models.

Add a Link

1. Select an element in the 3D Model Viewer.
2. Right-click Add Attachment Add Link.
3. In the Add Link dialog, enter the URL and click Add Link.
Note: To delete an attachment, select it in the Attachments list, and click Delete.

Add a File

1. Select an element in the 3D Model Viewer.
2. Right-click Add Attachment Add File.
3. Navigate to the desired folder, select the file (BMP, MPP, PNG, GIF, or JPEG), and click Open.
Note: To delete an attachment, select it in the Attachments list, and click Delete.
