Troubleshooting: Glue Web Access

Reviewing Shared 2D Views

Issue: On a PC running Microsoft Windows 8, if you are using Internet Explorer 10, opening a shared 2D view from an email notification or from the inbox results in Glue web access crashing.

Solution: In Internet Explorer 10, turn off Enable Protected Mode.

  1. In Internet Explorer 10, click Internet Options.
  2. In the Internet Options dialog, click the Security tab.
  3. Uncheck Enable Protected Mode and click Apply and OK.

Material Textures

Glue web access does not support material textures if the Autodesk Material library is not installed on the Reviewer's machine.

Creating Markups: Internet Explorer 9

Glue web access does not support creating markups using Internet Explorer 9.
