After updating a cloud model, use the Publish Settings tool to select views and sheets of the model to publish to the cloud.
When you publish a model in the cloud, the default 3D view and all 2D sheets are published by default.
If another person has control over a view or a sheet that you want to save in a set, you can make a request to borrow the view or sheet. You cannot save it in a set of views for the cloud model until the request has been granted and you have loaded the other person's changes to it. See About Editing Requests.
To select views and sheets to publish:
Click Collaborate tab Manage Models panel
(Publish Settings).
To create a new set, in the Publish Settings dialog, click (New Set). Enter a name for the set, and click OK.
To modify one of the existing sets listed in the top pane, select a set and do one of the following:
To edit the contents of the set, select a set and do one or more of the following:
In the top pane, click the check box in the Include column to choose one or more sets to publish to the cloud.
Click Save & Close to save your changes to the sets.
Use the Synchronize with Central tool to update your changes locally.
Publish selected views and sheets for the latest version of the model to Autodesk Docs for Government.
